A Branch Venue Event for China Nature Education Conference was held in Chengyang District, Qingdao on November 18, 2025. This event focused on the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature, as well as the implementation of ecological civilization concepts. It brought together representatives from relevant government departments of Qingdao and its districts, experts and scholars, as well as teachers and students from schools. Through experience sharing and results display, it aims to promote the high-quality development of nature education.

　　At the event, the stage play Grandpa Forest and the dance Pair of Birds - which were performed by local students in Chengyang District - vividly demonstrated the understanding and practice of nature conservation among the youth.

　　Leaders and experts from the China Wetland School Committee, Ocean University of China, and Wildlife Conservation Association of Chengyang, Qingdao shared cutting-edge concepts and practical experiences in nature education, as well as their experiences in the protection of native species.

　　The event also featured the release of Chengyang District's first series of wildlife-themed postcards and the presentation of honorary certificates to outstanding volunteer forest rangers in 2025. Following the meeting, participants visited an exhibition highlighting the achievements of youth nature education, and exchanged insights on the practical experiences of nature education at Tiantaicheng School in Chengyang.

　　The event was jointly hosted by the China Forestry Society and the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and organized by the Chengyang District Government in collaboration with the Qingdao Municipal Committee of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party and the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Landscape and Forestry.
