On April 20, the 26th China (Shouguang) International Vegetable Science and Technology Fair kicked off in Shouguang City, east China's Shandong province. It will last for 40 days until May 30.

　　The Fair boasts main exhibition area of 450,000 square meters, including 11 indoor exhibition halls, solar greenhouses for high-yield cultivation, vegetable museums, leisure farms and outdoor exhibition areas for high-quality agricultural products. More than 2,600 vegetable varieties, over 80 advanced planting modes, and over 100 cutting-edge planting technologies will be showcased here.

　　This Vegetable Fair is not only an demonstration of agricultural achievements, but also a cultural and tourism feast that attracted a large number of citizens and tourists from home and abroad. More than twenty events will be hosted during the Fair.

　　Since its first session in 2000, the Vegetable Fair has attracted more than 34 million exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions, lending fresh impetus to China's vegetable industry.
