On October 20, "Meet the Sea Along the Yellow River" Dongying City Promotion Conference and Sun Tzu Cultural Tourism Festival (South Korea Branch) Held in Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Through diverse activities such as city promotion, cultural lectures, ecological photography exhibition, and intangible cultural heritage experiences, the event showcased Dongying's ecology, culture, and vibrant development to the public in South Korea, building a new bridge for cultural exchange between Dongying and its international sister city, Yangju.

Several themed exhibitions were held concurrently during the event, allowing Korean visitors to directly experience the charm of Dongying. At the Dongying Intangible Cultural Heritage and Sun Tzu Cultural Exhibition, Dongying paper-cutting, straw weaving, Guangrao Qi calligraphy, Le'an dough figurines, and the Yellow River estuary cloth tigers were showcased. Also on display were the Dongying city mascots, the book The Art of War, and other cultural and creative products. Through viewing and experiencing these artifacts, the guests gained a deeper understanding of the exquisite craftsmanship and cultural significance of Dongying's intangible cultural heritage.
